Child Safety Standards

At Triabl Vikas, we are committed to providing a safe and trustworthy environment for all our users. Protecting children from harm is one of our highest priorities. We have established clear child safety standards to prevent and respond to any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation.

Our Commitment to Child Safety

We do not allow any form of content, communication, or behavior that endangers children. This includes grooming, exploitation, harassment, or any attempt to share child sexual abuse material. Such activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities immediately.

Definition of CSAE and CSAM

Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) refers to any behavior or content that involves the sexual exploitation of children. This includes online grooming, trafficking, sextortion, or other abusive practices.
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) refers to images, videos, or any digital content that depicts a minor in a sexually explicit manner. We have zero tolerance for CSAM in any form.

Reporting and Response

We provide an easy way for users to report harmful behavior or content directly within the app. Every report is taken seriously and reviewed promptly. Where required by law, we escalate reports to child protection authorities such as the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children or other relevant law enforcement agencies.

Compliance with Laws

Our app complies with all applicable child safety and protection laws. We follow global best practices to ensure that our platform cannot be used to harm children. Our team reviews policies regularly to remain updated with legal and regulatory requirements.

Point of Contact for Child Safety

We have designated a child safety officer who is responsible for handling reports and concerns related to CSAE. If you need to raise an issue, please contact us at: tribalvikas25@gmail.com

Building a Safer Community Together

We believe that protecting children is a shared responsibility. By working together with our users, community members, and regulators, we can ensure that our platform remains safe, respectful, and welcoming for everyone.
